How Does It Work? 

Voxer is a free walkie-talkie app that allows us to exchange voice and text messages.

Imagine a Day of Voxer, where we can connect on and off through Voxer to delve into what's holding you back or what you want to achieve.

Here's how it works:

1. Choose a date for your Day of Voxer.

No need to clear your calendar for this. A Day of Voxer can fit seamlessly into your day, whether it's during the school run, dinner time, or even around other commitments like meetings or calls. You can start it late or end it early, as long as we have a chunk of a few hours to work with. Just make sure you have enough time between your activities to listen, reply to messages, and have the mental space to reflect, process, take action, or journal if needed.

2. Set up Voxer.

If you don't have a Voxer account yet, simply download Voxer onto your phone (you can also use it on desktop if you prefer) and create an account for free. We will add each other on Voxer, and you can send me a message in advance to let me know more about what you would like to focus on. This way, we can dive right in when your Day of Voxer starts.

3. On the day of our Voxer appointment, you will have unlimited access to me over the scheduled duration.

Don't worry, this is not a 4-8 hour chat, and you're not expected to be glued to your phone waiting for replies. We will exchange messages at a steady pace throughout the scheduled duration, sometimes back and forth, sometimes with gaps for other things going on in your life.

One of the best things about a Day of Voxer is that you will have space in between messages to think, reflect, journal, or take action. This is what makes a Day of Voxer so effective - the opportunity to integrate the conversation into your day and make meaningful progress.
